Protein bars → Just lies? Tests show the truth!

These protein bars are usually made from soy and contain a lot of salt. If you are on a strict diet, this will make the protein bar taste worse. I am on a ketogenic diet, and I use a diet with very few carbs and very high protein. I have used a lot of protein bars before, and never liked them. This time, I tried a few, and all the flavors were very good, but I found the flavor of the flavorless "Sodium Life" flavor to be too "salty". Also, I thought they had too much sugar in them. I am not sure how this came up in my testing, but after eating one of these, I started getting headaches in the morning. I think this is because the protein bar was not filling enough for my energy levels. I think the other flavor would have been okay, but the other one I wanted to try would have been a big hit in my diet. However, I do plan on trying a few other flavors, if I can find them.
